Callout for Stallholders - North Rocks Christmas Market

🎄✨ Celebrate the Festive Season at the North Rocks Christmas Market! ✨🎄

Come and soak up the Christmas spirit at our outdoor market, proudly run each Sunday by the Rotary Club of Carlingford. Every dollar of net proceeds goes straight to Rotary charitable projects—so your stall helps make a difference!

This special Christmas Market will have something for everyone, including photos with Santa for families and even pets.

We’re inviting stallholders with quality goods to join us—especially those with Christmas-themed treasures to share.  Bookings now available here.

📅 When Sunday 14 December 2025 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM (stallholder bump-in from 6:00 AM)

📍 Where 361–365 North Rocks Rd (opposite North Rocks Shopping Centre) North Rocks, NSW

  • Stalls: $40 (includes public liability insurance, except for hot food vendors)

  • Table hire: $5 each

  • Stallholders to bring their own marquees and equipment

🍴 Bookings for Food Vendors Food vendors must meet City of Parramatta requirements. Please contact the Market Manager with your details before booking online: Market@rotarycarlingford.org.au

By booking, stallholders agree to the general terms and conditions.

  • Stallholders must remove surplus goods at the end of the market

Welcome to North Rocks Market
 
A friendly community market operating every Sunday morning from 7am to 1pm.
North Rocks Market is located at 361-365 North Rocks Rd, North Rocks - in the car park of NextSense (previously known as the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children).
 
Clothing, jewellery, shoes and handbags, fresh produce, pre-loved household items and tools, beautiful potted plants for your garden, paintings, books, collectibles - there truly is something for everyone at North Rocks Market.  Enjoy a hot gozleme or sensational item from our BBQ along with a hot coffee to sustain you.
 
Bring your family, your dog, your grandma and enjoy browsing the open air stalls.  Our level site is accessible for people with mobility issues.
 
Casual stallholders are welcome.  No bookings are necessary (except food vendors).  Please review our Information for Stallholders page for details.
 
A gold coin donation on entry is appreciated.  All funds raised from the market go to Rotary club projects such as feeding the homeless at Parramatta Mission;  educating a nursing student at Western Sydney University (3 year ATSI Scholarship); or recycling audiology, dental and other medical equipment to Samoa and other locations.
