Come and join us for a community celebration on Australia Day at John Wearn Reserve Amphitheatre, Farnell Ave, Carlingford.
8am Flag Raising with the North Rocks Scouts, followed by a tasty BBQ.
5pm Multi Cultural Concert featuring Indigenous, Sri Lankan, Vietnamese and Indian performers. Entertainers from the North Beat Music Academy, and singer Roseanna Gallo OAM performing all your Australian favourites.
Sunset (about 8.15pm) we will be featuring the great family movie "Paper Planes", rated G.
This is a family friendly event (no alcohol) and is being organised as a joint project of the Rotary Clubs of North Rocks, Carlingford and Beecroft with the support of the National Australia Day Council.
Entry for the concert / movie is via e-ticket which is available from Humanitix. Tickets are only $5 per person or $10 for a family of 5. Dine & Discover Vouchers can be used. All ticket proceeds are donated to the Rotary Foundation.
