The Rotary Club of Carlingford was honoured to host the annual Returned Youth Exchange Student dinner. Held at Muirfield Golf Club on Friday February 6th, the evening was well attended. In addition to the 2025 cohort of newly returned outbound YEX Students, and the current cohort of inbound students who are being hosted by Rotarians and clubs within the District, special guests included District Governor Michele Ellery, PDG Susan and John Wakefield (Co-Chairs of the District Youth Exchange Committee), Governor-nominee Haran Ramachandran, PDG John Dodd and Jeanette, as well as other members of the District Youth Exchange Committee. The MC for the evening was Trudy Stevenson, and the event was organised by Mike Morgan, both from Rotary Carlingford. There was a high level of energy throughout the evening, with terrific speeches made by three Youth Exchange Students who provided terrrific insight on their year abroad. Thankyou to all who attended, including Rotarians, families and guests.
